?f=json returns folder list: us_mn_state_mngeo, us_mn_state_dnr (427 services), us_mn_state_dot, us_mn_state_health, us_mn_state_pca, us_mn_state_bwsr, us_mn_state_mda, MnTopo, plus a few counties. Some DNR services (e.g. plan_state_land_ownership_prim) return Token Required. No public geocoder found (Utilities folder is not public).
