Florida HOA Governing Documents and Records Access (FL)
To find HOA restrictions on renting in a Florida subdivision, obtain the association declaration of covenants, amendments, bylaws, and current rules from the association or its manager. Section 720.303 identifies these official records and the parcel-owner inspection process. This page explains access to records; it does not contain your subdivision documents or decide whether a rental is allowed.
