WMS 1.3.0 GetCapabilities returns XML (200). Individual-year photo layers are in the companion WMS at https://imageserver.gisdata.mn.gov/cgi-bin/wms (GetCapabilities returns XML). MnGeo's old geo_image_server.html page now redirects to the captcha-protected mn.gov/mngeo site.
